Kids Ministry Director
The Children’s Ministry Director provides leadership, vision, and coordination for all ministries involving children (birth through 6th grade). This role supports the mission of the church to make disciples of Jesus Christ by fostering a safe, welcoming, and spiritually enriching environment for children and their families. The director collaborates with staff and volunteers to plan and implement weekly programs, seasonal events, and outreach activities in alignment with Methodist values and Wesleyan theology.

Parents’ Day Out Director
Austin Avenue Kids – Parents' Day Out is a new Waco program that strives to offer a safe, loving space for families and kids in our community, raising them up to be people who know their love and worth in the Lord. We do this by facilitating the spiritual, emotional, physical and academic growth of the children in our program so that they can grow into the fullness God has for them.
The PDO Program is open for students Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am – 2:00pm, from August through May.

Administrative Assistant
To perform clerical and administrative tasks, under the general day-to-day supervision of the Administrative Director, that will support the overall function and activities of the church. For the church to do ministry in many areas, adequate support and administration for all ministries is essential. The Administrative Assistant will help fill gaps to create seamless communication between staff and congregation, and ensure business office is running effectively.
